Absolutely! We are currently finishing homes that are "Bank Owned" so the banks can get them finished and on the market. We can finish and/or fix the home to meet Shryer Homes standard of quality. We gather information, photos, bids of subcontractors and suppliers for you or the bank. Submit our findings and complete the project with the same pride as in our custom built homes.  We have worked with three local banks here in the Greater Springfield Area helping them complete or remodel homes and get them back on the market.

Different Sub-divisions offer different restrictions, and covenants and it is important to know what these and the yearly dues are and what they include.
